Ethical Generation: Our backgrounds and environments are custom-synthesized. We do not use, scrape, or repurpose private social media data or third-party imagery without explicit permission.
Artistic Direction: AI is our camera and our darkroom, but the creative soul behind every shot—the composition, the 'vibe,' and the final selection—is directed by a human artist.

By purchasing a package, you grant Pixel Persona Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted reference photos solely for the purpose of generating your AI-enhanced portraits. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images and will never sell or share your data with third parties. Final digital assets are delivered via email within the timeframe specified in your selected package. It is the client's responsibility to provide clear, high-quality reference photos to ensure the best possible results. Pixel Persona Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet our submission guidelines.
Due to the bespoke nature of AI-generated portraits and the immediate allocation of computing resources, all sales are final once payment is confirmed. Pixel Persona Studio does not offer traditional refunds once the generation process has begun. In the event that your portraits do not meet our stated quality standards, we offer one complimentary revision per order. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Pixel Persona Studio reserves the right to determine whether a revision request meets the threshold for our quality guarantee.
